These runs can't be compared image by image
The older run recorded no per-image rows (clearcutt-verify writes them from v0.15), so what each image was then isn't known. The history page has both runs' headline numbers.
Compare other runs
A run with the one before it always shows those two runs. "Since" a run compares it with whichever run is the latest, so its address stays the same as new runs arrive.
